GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To make sure you can enjoy a pleasant stay, White Trips would like to remind you the main legal aspects that should be approved by the customer when requesting information, making a quote, booking, purchasing, changing dates or canceling a trip.

 2. The Terms and Conditions contained in this page will apply to all acts and contracts executed or held by White Trips made via any medium including, but not limited to, brochures, phone calls, written correspondence and internet transactions.

3. All consultations, contracts contracts and transactions made via this website as well as the legal effects generated, shall be governed by the rules contained in this page of Terms and Conditions and Chilean law.

4. All the programs offered, published circuits and excursions are subject to any other Terms and Conditions set for each of them, by White Trips and by the respective airlines, hotels, and other operators involved in its realization.

5. It will be a requirement for the purchase of any products and services offered on this site, that the customer accepts all Terms and Conditions.

6. It will be a requirement, that the customer fully complies with the rules of the destination country, concerning: visa, passport, vaccination, laws and regulations.

7. White Trips reserves the right to change any information contained in this site, including related services, prices, availability of spaces and conditions at any time without notice. These changes will not affect trips and services previously booked.

 PRIVACY POLICY

8. It is very important for White Trips to protect the privacy of its customers. We will keep the personal information of our clients in the strictest confidentiality.

9. White Trips collects and uses personal information of its customers when they send an email, a letter, and when they call to request information or make a reservation. This data is stored in a secure database used to offer personalized service and provide access to White Trips products and services via special offers, newsletter, promotions, new products and other information.

10. White Trips guarantees that every employee of White Trips, who have access to those data, subscribes to the confidentiality rules of the company.

RESERVATION POLICY

11. Acceptance of any offer is subject to the condition that White Trips validates the requested products, after checking the availability of airspace and / or land and validates the method of payment. Consequently, for any operation being conducted via this website, verification, confirmation and validation of the service by White Trips is required for the consent.

12. White Trips sends a written confirmation in the form of a price quote, to the same email address that the user accepting the offer has registered. This price should include a comprehensive and clear description of the contents of the product, the program and the contracted services and the final price.

13. The reservation is considered complete once White Trips receives a written confirmation of the price quote and approval of other conditions.

PAYMENT POLICY

14. To secure the booking of the product, the customer must deposit 50% of the total amount within 48 hours after having validated, in a written way, the sent price quote. The remaining balance must be paid to White Trips within 60 days of the first day of the trip.

15. The full amount is due if the reservation is made less than 60 days before the first day of the trip

16. Failure to meet the payment requirements will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of deposits.

17. The services, except as it may be specified differently for individual cases, may be paid by transfer to White Trips bank account. All costs associated with the transfer are to be paid by the customer.

POLICY CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND RETURN

18. The customer can request the modification or cancellation of the booking at anytime.

19. Requests for changing destination, program or service dates from the original booking must be communicated in writing to White Trips. Any acceptance of change or cancellation is subject to evaluation by White Trips of new availability and compliance with the terms and policies of each respective service provider.

20. Due to administrative process, any changes will be subject to a 5% rebooking fee.

21. The entire cost or price difference, generated by any change from the initial reservation, is assumed by the customer.

22. Due to administrative process, any cancellation will be subject to a retention of 5% of the total amount of the product purchased.

23. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of service providers. The maximum refunds are as follows but may be reduced by non-refundable expenses:

– More than 60 days before the first day of the trip: 95% refund of the total value of the purchased product

– Between 60 and 45 days before the first day of the trip: 45% refund of the total value of the purchased product

– Less than 45 days before the first day of the trip: 0% refund of the total value of the purchased product

24. The refund will be made within 30 days from the approval of the cancellation request.

25. To request a refund or exchange for contracted services on this site, you must contact the White Trips Team.
